At Terrill Garden & Gift Center we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want you you be happy with your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason we will be happy to replace or provide store credit on any in-store merchandise.  A receipt must accompany all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.

All perishable items have our 24-hour guarantee.  All credits received on perishable items are limited to the perishable item only.

All nursery stock is guaranteed for one year from the purchase date for the purchase price.  A receipt must be present to activate the guarantee.  You will receive store credit or replacement for the purchase amount.
Perennials, annuals, and houseplants are not included in our guarantee policy.

Due to the high coast of fuel, all delivery charges are none refundable.

Terrill Garden & Gift Center offers you a variety of ways to pay for your purchase, including cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and local in house charge accounts.  We are unfortunately unable to accept American Express or out of town checks.
